Enterprise Warranty Solutions has a very simple pricing model for your Dell Power Edge Servers and Dell Equallogic and power vault series.
#1...We only have 2 pricing models that is Platinum and Gold Support. Platinum is 24 x 7 x 4 hr onsite and Gold is 24 x 7 x NBD on site.
But why would you only have 2 support options?
Simple we are here to get your time back and we found there is such a small price difference between the Gold and the 8 x5 that we just cut it out. If you want 8 x5 we can quote it, but it will be roughly the same as the Gold support.
#2...All pricing is the same on each system regardless of what you have in that system. For example you could 1 server with 8 x 600gb SAS drives and the another server of the same model with 2 x 146Gb drives and we are going to charge the same price.
How can you do this? Simple we know the law of averages we have the numbers down. With over 12 years in the industry this model works. We want it simple for our customers do they can make a decsion quickly and move on with there day.
#3...Our SLA are flexible. The hardware is yours so you tell us what to do. Our service covers what we say we will, but if there is something you don't want us to do or touch let us know and we will walk away. We can get involved as much as you want us to.
